"Supporting women entering the field"

"Supporting women entering the field (ie students, recent grads) but also a way for women who are mid-career, interested in digital media and tech but

finding themselves shouting into the wilderness when it comes to finding support within their companies, trying to pull their companies into the 21st century, to network and make contacts."

Add something about education, developing courage, and leadership.
